Paisley- We think Paisley is a Bernese mountain dog/Border collie mix. She is 6 months old. She is the sweetest and a fun loving active girl. She came to our rescue as a stray that was never claimed. She is crate trained and walks great on a leash. We are still working on the housetraining, but she is figuring it out. Toby - is a 5 year old male chihuahua mix. He is a little dog weighing about 7 lbs with big ears and a lot of personality. Toby gets along well with other dogs, Loves to go for car rides and walks well on a leash. Rodger- came to us when his doggy brother didn't accept him and kept fighting with him. Rodger is the sweetest, most easy going, lovable guy you could ask for. He gets along with everyone. He loves to cuddle and just melts your heart with those big beautiful eyes. He still a puppy , so typical puppy chewing and getting into things. He knows how to sit and lay down, he is crate trained, house trained and walks great on a leash. He would prefer a home with other dogs , he really enjoys romping with the other dogs. Bella-She is a sweet 1 1/2 year old purebred standard poodle. Her family was not able to care for her anymore, so we agreed to help find her a new home. Bella is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, house trained and gets along with dogs, cats and kids.

These babies were dumped in rural Lincoln county. They are getting neutered next week
(3-17-2022) and then they will be available for adoption after the 24th. They will also have age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, flea treatment and microchipped.

​Odie -is our newest foster dog looking for his forever home. He is a Lhasapoo (Lhasa and poodle mix) and is a character. He does need a home with someone willing to be patient with him as he is very shy and lacks confidence but will make a great companion once he warms up.

Snookie-
This little guy came to us wondering the countryside for three weeks. We had a time trying to catch him and his brother but we finally were able to get them to trust us and bring them safely to one of our foster homes. When his foster mom picked him up he laid his head on her shoulder and gave her a big sigh of relief to be rescued. Snooki is a snuggler! He is Always wanting to lay his head on her and be by her side at all times as if to say that he never wants to be lost again. He is a good little dog and has very good manners. His foster mom has not had any issues with house training. He doesn’t chew or dig and is quiet in his crate. Snooki gets along with other dogs and doesn’t mind his foster moms cat. He is very curious of her bunny lol.

Apollo -
​came to us after his family lost their house. Apollo is a sweetheart. It takes him a couple of days to warm up to you but once he does, he will follow you every where. Apollo loves to cuddle and will keep you company while you get chores done. He gets along well with cats and dogs, but he can get jealous about sharing his human companions with other dogs. Sophie- was literally minutes from being put to sleep because her owners had health issues and could no longer care for her. One of the veterinary technicians called us and begged us to save her. Sophie is the sweetest, happiest little girl. She is a senior girl at 10 years, but she doesn't act like it at all. She loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with her foster mom. Sophie's only issue is she sometimes has accidents in the house. Her foster mom has been working with her on this and she is getting much better. We did have a thorough exam , test and x-rays done to make sure there were no medical issues. She recently had her teeth cleaned also. Sophie is ready for her forever home. She gets along with dogs, cats and children. She is also crate trained.

Roscoe - came into our rescue almost 2 weeks ago. His owner has terminal cancer and needed to find a home for him. It was very heartbreaking watching her say goodbye to him. He was her emotional support dog and she loved him very much. He is such a great little guy.
